WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT OPTIONS?

We proudly accept all major credit cards. After pay is also available for all online orders over $50. We accept cash for in store purchases.

DO YOU OFFER IN-STORE PICK UP?

If you are local to Kurl Essentials you may pick your order up within the timeframe allotted in your confirmation email. If the timeframe doesn't work for you, please email hello@kurlessentials.com to schedule another time for pickup.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Returns are accepted for unused, unopened, and unworn products and/or tools, and apparel. Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase. Returns must be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. A copy of your proof of purchase can be obtained from the confirmation email related to your order. 

If more than 14 days have passed since the date you placed an order, you can no longer return the merchandise. ALL sales are final after 14 days.


We understand that sometimes products can be damaged in transit. If this happens email hello@kurlessentials.com  to start the return process. 

WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Kurl Essentials! Kurl Essentials ships all of our orders via [USPS/UPS/FedEx/DHL]. You will receive an email update with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

Processing and Delivery Times

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Standard shipping typically takes between 2-8 business days, for destinations within the United States. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.


Additionally, nationwide and global shipping delays (such as those caused by COVID-19, holiday volumes, or inclement weather) may impact your estimated delivery date.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your order via one of our shipping carriers. Once you receive your tracking number, please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking portal to update.
